Damaged Orders

If your Akusoli order was damaged in transit, we will be more than glad to offer you a free of charge replacement. Please contact our Customer Support Team via the Contact Form.

To process a damage claim, please provide:

  1. Pictures of the damaged item
  2. Pictures of the damaged packaging

Note: The damaged item may need to be returned for inspection to our return address provided by Customer Support.
